Return And Refund Policy for Giftgrabr

  • Products & prices shown on the website are regularly updated by Giftgrabr LLC.
  • Giftgrabr LLC does not take any responsibility for changes or exchanges after the recipient has signed & received the gift.
  • Giftgrabr LLC does not deliver without a valid phone number of the recipient.
  • Giftgrabr LLC does not issue cash or any other form of refund for perishable, non- perishable or consumable items. We do not offer exchange policies for perishable, non- perishable or consumable items.
  • Customer (who placed the order) must notify us of any issue with any item from their order within 2 hours (in writing by emailing us hi@giftgrabr.com) to qualify for any refund policy. No refunds will be provided after the 2-hour time from ordering, unless Giftgrabr LLC refuses or cancels to fulfill the order. The refund policy will vary from customer to customer and is at the sole discretion of Giftgrabr LLC.
  • Refund will be sent to the original form of payment (credit card or the bank account for example) that customer had paid from. The refund amount will not be given or delivered to the recipient.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address and contact details of the recipient. Giftgrabr LLC is not liable and responsible for the delay in delivery due to wrong information in the order.
  • You (customer) are placing an order after choosing it as your preferred gift to be delivered to the recipient. Giftgrabr LLC is not responsible for the recipient's choice. Delivered item will not be subject to a refund if it conflicts with the recipient's choice.
  • A gift delivery will not be subject to a refund if the recipient refuses to accept the gift. The gift will be destroyed after 12 hours if the recipient does not accept the gift.
  • You have the option at checkout to select a time window to select your delivery time. Giftgrabr LLC holds the right to alter delivery time depending on situations (not limited to) such as flood, traffic, political turmoil, health pandemics or epidemics etc. Your order will not be subject to a refund if it is delivered within your selected delivery date. Your order will be subject to full refund if we fail or are unable to deliver on the delivery date that you have selected during the order, only if Giftgrabr LLCs is at fault.
  • Products such as flower bouquets, cake design and various similar perishable and non-perishable goods can vary from the advertised design on our site due to different seasons in Bangladesh, US, UK and different or new chefs in a bakery, etc. circumstances. Such products will not be subject to refund if they are almost similar to the advertised product on our website. Gift wrapping materials may also vary from what is advertised on our website, depending on the ordered product and availability.
  • You will receive a full refund if Giftgrabr LLC refuses or cancels to fulfill an order that you have paid for.
